As a participant in the 31st Annual Advances in Gastroenterology Conference, you will be part of the roll-out of the Jefferson Digestive Disease Institute's newest educational initiative, an online, comprehensive curriculum (http://jeffline.jefferson.edu/jeffcme/GICME/). JDDI-CME is being designed to provide you easy access to invaluable online resources.
JDDI-CME will present video cases drawn from the experiences of one of the busiest GI practices in the country, topic-specific education modules across the whole content area of gastroenterology and hepatology, and links to important and informative resources in the field. Special features like "Case of the Month" and "Ask JDDI" will encourage interaction among healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with GI disorders. Jefferson's GI Specialists will be available in an online forum designed to bring the experts to you. Continuing education credits will be available for most of these offerings.
Participants in the June Advances in Gastroenterology Conference will be able to access one presentation in each of the major topics of the Conference (Esophageal/Gastroduodenal Disorders; Small Bowel/Colonic Disorders; General Gastroenterology and Pancreatic/Hepatobiliary Disease) free of charge after the conference ends. These special modules will expand on the conference presentations and reinforce important practice pearls.
