The Teaching and Learning Collaborative (TLC)

The Philadelphia Teaching and Learning Collaborative (TLC) provides opportunities for supervisors, staff and independent contractors who are working within the Philadelphia Infant/Toddler Early Intervention system to meet Pennsylvania's annual training requirements. All TLC activities are designed to enhance the quality of services provided for families and their infants and toddlers.
