  • For any questions regarding NCPD Programs please contact at nurse.ce@jefferson.edu.

  • Email Address Verification:
    If you do not receive immediate confirmation of course registration in the email address that you entered, contact nurse.ce@jefferson.edu. This indicates that you have not provided an accurate email address, and will impact receipt of contact hours certificate post conference.

  • NCPD Inclement Weather Policy:
    In the event of inclement weather, NCPD education programs may be cancelled if a HOSPITAL WEATHER EMERGENCY has been declared by Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. Please check the NPCD Course Registration page for cancellation notification under the listed course. Additionally, an email will be sent to you regarding weather related issues and cancelations. For other questions, please call 215-955-7580.

  • The NCPD Office does not provide paper handouts for educational programs. If educational material is available, it is posted electronically. In order to access our educational material you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • How to unenroll in a course:
    To unenroll in a course that you registered for, please email us at nurse.ce@jefferson.edu.

  • Refund/Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation for attending program must be made no later than 2 business days before the program date for a full refund. Partial refund of 50% for 1 business day or day of program date notification.

    Email the Nursing Continuing Professional Development Office at nurse.ce@jefferson.edu to notify of cancellation.
