Within 7 business days of the conclusion of this program, you will receive an email notice from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Department of Nursing. The e-mail subject will state, "Time Sensitive" and the title of the program that you attended. This e-mail notice will provide a link to the program evaluation page for today's continuing education event.

There will only be a 30 days window in which to complete the evaluation. You will be sent electronic reminders.

Following submission of the online evaluation, you will receive a second e-mail with of your continuing education certificate to save for your records.

In the event that you have difficulty completing the online evaluation, do not receive your contact hours certificate or an e-mail from us within 7 business days, please contact our continuing education office by e-mail or phone at: ce.nurse@jefferson.edu
