Duties and Responsibilities: Thomas Jefferson University Office of Academic and Career Success The Office of Academic and Career Success is seeking part-time content-area tutors. Position description: Serve as a tutor for courses within your department. Content tutors meet one-on-one or in small groups (in-person or remotely) to assist students with study for specific courses within their program. Tutors offer content support and opportunities for tutees to engage in active study practices. The position is part-time and tutors will be called on an as needed basis; some evenings required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Also required is highly successful completion of the course you intend to tutor and departmental approval.
