About Your Campus Key

  • Your Campus Key is a six- or seven-digit combination of letters and numbers. For example, if your initials are 'abc' your Campus Key may be 'abc493' or 'abc2561'.
About Your Campus Key Password
  • If you have logged into Banner Web or JeffMail (@jefferson.edu) use the same Campus Key and password to access JEFFLINE.

  • For all others, your initial password is preset within a week of your arrival on campus:

    • If your Campus Key was created before June 2, 2008, your first Campus Key Password is your Social Security Number (SSN) without hyphens.

    • If your Campus Key was created on or after June 2, 2008, your first Campus Key Password is your first name initial, last name initial, and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), without any punctuation.

    • You may Change Your Password to a more private log-in.

  • Campus Key passwords are encrypted, so once you have created a password no one will be able to tell you what it is. Instead, you can create a new password at any time. Use the Forgot Your Password link to select a new password. Changes are effective within 15 minutes.
