Important to Know:

Please submit a separate form for each book. You will receive a response to your renewal request via email within 24 hours.

Please record the new due date in your book.

• Books are limited to two renewals.
• Books which have been placed on HOLD may not be renewed.
• Books which are already overdue may not be renewed.
• Users are responsible for overdue fines accrued on renewal books.
