Session Registration Database (SRD) Changes coming for FY07!!! Implementing changes to be effective July 1, 2006. We are streamlining how we deal with COI forms. The CME Office is working to match your speakers with existing WEB-IDs. Please help us by filling in WEB-IDs when you can. Click here for more info. Everyone involved in the content planning and presentation must provide Conflict of Interest (COI) information. You are responsible to obtain and submit completed COI forms to the Office of CME 30 Days in advance of the session. All sessions must be registered in the Session Registration Database (SRD) to track COI compliance. To log onto the SRD enter your login (unique code given to identify your activity).
