Thank you for attending and participating in the 35th Annual Eastern Shore Medical Symposium. All conference attendees are encouraged to complete the evaluation process. Your evaluation will provide us with feedback to improve future conferences. Conference evaluations will be submitted electronically, directly to Jefferson's Office of CME.
This process will ask you to evaluate each session you attend, and then to complete an overall conference evaluation for each day of the course that you attend.
You must submit an evaluation in order to claim your CME credits.
After the conference, you may be contacted to participate in a follow-up evaluation survey designed to further assess the impact of the Annual Conference on your practice.
