Registration Details
Online registration is closed. Walk-in registrations are welcome at the event. Please note that the accepted payment methods for walk-in registration ins are Visa or Mastercard or checks. Cash will not be accepted. To expedite your process, please download and complete the registration form, and bring it with you to the conference.

Full conference registration includes admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions, continuing education credits/nursing contact hours (CME - medicine, ACPE - pharmacy, nursing contact hours - nursing, continuing education hours - allied health), May 18th Opening Reception, May 19th breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Friday only registration includes admission to the plenary session, continuing education credits/nursing contact hours(CME - medicine, ACPE - pharmacy, CNE - nursing, Continuing Education Hours - allied health), Opening Reception.
