Duties and Responsibilities: Recreation Aids (Fit Aids) at the JRFC are responsible for staffing the facility and completing customer service tasks such as checking members in, giving tours, assisting members, ensuring facility safety, completing daily tracking forms, and utilizing our membership software. Fit Aids are also responsible for cleaning gym equipment and other tasks as assigned.
