Services provided to promote children's participation and learning in home, school, and community activities and routines characterize a participation-based approach. This approach includes four components: Assessing Activities & Routines/Meaningful Outcomes; Embedding Intentional Child Interventions; Teaching Caregivers; & Documenting Progress.
