Information For

Policies

The Department's primary mission is to serve Thomas Jefferson University students, faculty, staff and affliates. However, the public, regardless of institution affliation, is welcome to visit the Archives.

The goal of the Archives is to acquire and preserve the permanent, non-current records of the University, as well as collections of historical material donated by faculty, staff, and alumni, and to make these materials available for research.

Copy requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. While we will provide any available information about the copyright holder, individuals assume all responsibility for identifying and satisfying any claimants of copyright.

We collect a variety of materials that document the University's activities and support the teaching mission of the institution. If you think you or your offce has files or other materials that should be preserved, please contact us.
