Photocopy Services

Library photocopy machines provide black and white copying on standard 20 lb paper. Seven photocopy machines are located throughout the Library:

All machines accept Jefferson copy cards only; none will accept coins or bills.

Jefferson copy card

Purchase copy cards at the 2nd floor Circulation Window or the Jefferson Alumni Hall Learning Resources Center (Suite M-13 JAH). The fee for Jefferson faculty, students, and staff; alumni; qualified affiliates; and Library members is 10 cents per copy plus a one-time charge of $1 for the card. Members of the general public may purchase a copy card for $1 plus 25 cents per copy. Copy cards are non-refundable.

Self-Provided Paper

As a courtesy to students, Library staff will replace the standard paper in the copy machines with paper the student provides. This is typically requested for resume copying. There is no reduction in per-copy price for self-provided paper.

Color Copies, Reductions, Enlargements and Transparencies

Special reproduction services (color photocopies, reductions, enlargements, and transparencies) are available for members of the TJU community, alumni, certified affiliates, and library members for a fee from Medical Media Services.

Document Delivery

Document Delivery is a special copy service available to Jefferson faculty, students, and staff; alumni; qualified affiliates; and Library members for a fee. Requests may be submitted online. Orders are filled within 48 hours on campus.
