DEAN'S REPORT: Dr. Spandorfer
            Rising 3rd years have to go through criminal background check.  Emergency notification system can be sent to cell phones, pagers, etc.  ID  cards are changing

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE (Matt Ferroni):
   There were 9,319 applications this year versus 8,997 last year.  455 spots offered.  331 people are holding spots versus 270 last year. 

AFFILIATIONS COMMITTEE (Cy Wilkins, Shruti):
    Did not show at meeting

ALUMNI COMMITTEE (Paul Corotto, Sarah):
   Did not show at meeting
 
RESEARCH COMMITTEE (Anish Sen, Ronald Huang, Justin Pollock, Trisha Dasgupta):
    Working on new guide for student research opportunities.
            
CURRICULUM COMMITTEE (Arpan Patel, Daniel Kiss):
    Nothing to report 
      
STUDENT AFFAIRS (Kaycie, Rob Frankel)
    Helping out with rotations and not failing

TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE (Ethan Rand):
    Will be attending meeting to redesign Jeffline and websites

ACTIVITIES OFFICE ADVISORY BOARD (Chris Devulappali):
Did not show at meeting

COMMONS BOARD (Amar Patel)
Scuba Certification will be offered over summer as well as dance lessons, IM sports.  New lights will be installed in pool.  The weight room equipment will be changed by fall.

CLASS REPORTS:

Class of 2008:
    Did not show at meeting

Class of 2009:
    In Block 8.  Received rotation schedules.

Class of 2010:
    Last FCM test Friday.  Boards are in June and received rotation schedules
            
Class of 2011:
     Had 1st neuro quiz. Planning end of year postexam
