Reserve a Library Meeting Room or Learning Resources Classroom
Academic & Instructional Support & Resources (AISR) provides one conference room, one lecture room, and 5 computer classrooms in Scott Library and the Learning Resources Centers. Additional specialty electronic classrooms are supported by AISR Learning Resources.
All Jefferson Colleges and Schools receive a menu of basic services at no charge, for all curriculum-based courses scheduled to start between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday - Friday. Additional services are available for a fee. AISR’s Learning Resources Division schedules the rooms and supports the computers, while AISR’s Medical Media Services Division supports the projection equipment. Unless otherwise noted, rooms are equipped with laser printer access, MS Office application software, Internet access, instructor's workstation with projection screen, and Jefferson computer-based learning packages. Course-related specialty software, such as SAS, SPSS or ArcView, is already loaded; staff can also load unique software provided by faculty. View the list of available software.
* Wireless access is available in all AISR facilities. PriorityReservations to support coursework or examinations are given priority. Other uses are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. When not required for course support, all AISR meeting rooms are available for rent to other organizations. Fees vary according to profit/nonprofit status of the organization.
