Continuing Education Programs for Health Practitioners

Current Programs

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

  • Ongoing Program
    Nurses, allied health professionals, behavioral health care professionals, social workers, psychologists, pastoral care workers and those in related professions can receive up to 30 hours of continuing education hours for participating in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program offered by the Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine.

    Participants will be enrolled in an eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, the popular course that helps participants learn to reduce stress, relieve pain and enhance wellness.
