Respondus & LockDown BrowserRespondus is an assessment/survey creation tool for use with Blackboard (Pulse). You can use Respondus to create self-study assessments as well as quizzes/exams and survey instruments. You may optionally require the use of the LockDown Browser. The LockDown Browser is installed on the computers in the LRC classrooms on campus (306 Scott and in the LRC on the 13th floor in the Edison building.) The LockDown Browser locks out the use of any other software once the quiz/test/survey is started, including accidentally closing the browser window. It has been very helpful for use in on-campus assessment. Download Respondus & Getting Started Guide (10.3MB) (This download will prompt you for your Jefferson Campus Key. Jefferson's license for Respondus will allow you to install this software on your campus and home PCs. The license is included in the Getting Started Guide.)
Need the Jefferson Respondus License for the 2008-2009 academic year? Login and access it now.
Support View a Demonstration: Faculty support for Respondus is available from AISR Education Services. Please contact us with any questions you have about this service. EdServices@lists.jefferson.edu or 215-503-2830. |
