Introduction and Questions
The purpose of our study is to develop a valid and reliable assessment instrument to identify client needs in order to make a dental hygiene diagnosis and plan dental hygiene care. Instrument development has been based on dental hygieneís Human Needs Conceptual Model and psychometric principles.
