Advanced HTML Authoring

In this workshop you will learn some of the more advanced features of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language). Some of these will be taught while keeping an eye towards proper HTML design, focusing on the screen layout, good typography, and the proper use of colors.
You will learn how to:
- Use tables and the <BLOCKQUOTE> tag to arrange text
- Create HTML documents with good typography by using:
- Brighten up your HTML documents with the proper use of colors
- background colors
- background images
- text colors
Since this workshop assumes that you already have a basic understanding of the WWW (World Wide Web) and HTML, AISR's "Authoring for the World Wide Web" workshop or prior experience with HTML programming is required.
