  • Artificial Anatomy: Papier-Mâché Anatomical Models (Smithsonian Institution)
    This site contains photographs of historical anatomical models made of papier-mâché. Included are human, veterinary, and botanical models, in addition to an interactive human anatomy quiz and the history of papier-mâché models.
  • Atlas of the Body (AMA)
    This is an illustrated online atlas of human anatomy.
  • Body Guide (Merck Co.)
    This is an illustrated point and click online anatomy atlas. The information is provided at a basic level.
  • Gray's Anatomy (Bartleby.com)
    This is an online version of the classic 20th edition of Gray's Anatomy, from 1918.
  • Medical Gross Anatomy (University of Michigan)
    This site includes images designed for teaching gross anatomy, including radiologic images. However, any links to the lecture notes on any of the Web page are restricted to enrolled students at the University of Michigan.
  • Primal Pictures Anatomy TV Jeffersonians only (Campus Key required for off-campus access)
    An interactive 3D dissection program, with over 6,500 images and movies that can be used in PowerPoint presentations or for other educational purposes.
  • Virtual Tour of the Ear (Augustana College)
    This is a collection of online photographs and illustrations of the human ear.
  • Visible Human Project (NLM)
    The Visible Human Project is a cross sectional anatomy project of a male and a female cadaver. There are also links to other institutional sites presenting images from this project.
