"PAPER to the International Food and Nutrition Electronic Database"

This session will orient the participants to the International Food and Nutrition (IFAN) database, a subset of the PENpages electronic information system. PENpages is a free full-text database accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet or by computer and modem. The IFAN provides timely, up-to-date food- and nutrition-related information to health professionals worldwide and can serve as a dissemination outlet for information developed by participants.
