Having trouble accessing UpToDate via Pulse?

We’ve had reports from several users who have been having trouble accessing UpToDate from Pulse using Internet Explorer. When viewing JEFFLINE framed by Pulse, clicking “accept” to UpToDate’s license agreement fails to advance users to the next screen. To avoid this problem, right-click the UpToDate link and choose to open in a new window. This video demonstrates the problem and solution.

Note: UpToDate is not available off campus. Try ACP Pier as an alternative.
