Some Mac users report that the current version of Write-n-Cite for Mac, v2.5, isn’t inserting citations into the Office X version of Microsoft Word. (I’ve been able to replicate that problem and see that it does work on the newer Office 2008 for Mac, which is installed in the Scott LRC.) Reverting to the older Write-n-Cite for Mac v.2 fixes the problem, but the download is no longer available from the RefWorks download page.
