We’ve had several reports from people who installed Write-N-Cite version 4 on their PCs running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 that the tool wasn’t showing up in the ribbon. This screen shot (File > Options > Add-Ins) shows that Write-N-Cite was listed as an Inactive Application Add-In.
