Resident Resources:
Cardiovascular Medicine 3rd Edition

AISR is pleased to announce the publication of the third edition of Resident Resources: Cardiovascular Medicine, an interactive educational program designed for primary care resident physicians.

The CD-ROM, which features audio, video, text, graphics, and links to journal articles and relevant web resources, was originally developed by AISR's Education Services Division and BioScientific Resources, Inc. in 2001. The second edition was released in 2003.

The program uses a case-study approach and the content parallels the core educational guidelines established by the American Academy of Family Physicians for family practice residents. The third edition includes two new case studies and is updated throughout to reflect recent changes in cardiovascular research and patient care.

Copies of the program will be available for review in the Scott Library Learning Resources Center.
