What's happening at the National Library of Medicine? What else is new?
  • New Evidence Report illustrates links between health literacy and health care use and outcomes:
    A report from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (commissioned by the AMA) examines the relationship between literacy and health care. See a summary of Literacy and health outcomes on the AHRQ website, where the full report is also available for downloading.

  • The MD Consult Core Collection has been updated to include:
    Cheng A., Zaas A. The Osler Medical Handbook. (Johns Hopkins University, 2003). Log on to MD Consult to check it out.

  • MDC Mobile upgrades to Elsevier's POCKET Consult platform:
