Many questions are asked at the Scott Library Reference Desk and via the AskALibrarian and JEFFLINE Security email services. The library staff regularly reviews these questions to develop new JEFFLINE resources and to improve our services. One of the resulting resources is the JEFFLINE FAQ, a searchable database of answers to common problems.
To help users learn about the Library, we will begin a new series sharing a question of the month from our popular FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) documents.
The full FAQs (available at: http://jeffline.jefferson.edu/SML/helpaids/faq/) may be searched by categories or by keywords.
