Designed for point-of-care use, UpToDate is a clinical information resource integrating original topical reviews, journal literature, practice guidelines, drug information, graphics, and patient handouts.
UpToDate is peer-reviewed and updated frequently to reflect changes in clinical recommendations.
UpToDate's interface is straightforward and easy to use. Just enter a search term on the main screen. Simply point and click to select search results, outline topics, and in-text links to tables, graphics, drug information, and related articles. Click on references to display MEDLINE citations and abstracts.
UpToDate is currently available on three single-user workstations in the following locations:
- Scott Library (First Floor)
- Gibbon Building (Room 2150)
- 833 Chestnut St. (Department of Medicine)
