LRC Tip of the Month

Q: I have a PowerPoint file that I'd like to print 6 slides to a page. How do I do this?

A: In the Print Dialog box, look for the drop-down window that says "Print what:". Change it from Slides to Handouts.

In the Handouts pane you can go as high as 9, or as low as 2.

If your PowerPoint file has light text on a dark colored background, check the Pure black and white box. This will make it black text on a white background, which is a lot easier to read, especially when it's very small.
