Presents at the Inquirer
On October 2nd Brad Long, Senior Information Services Librarian and Jenny Pierce from the AIDS Library, presented to the reporters and library staff of the Philadelphia Inquirer. The presentation was part of a continuing series done on behalf of the Medical Library Association by their local chapter for the local print media.

The 90-minute presentation covered information on how to locate and search reliable medical Internet resources and local library resources. The presentation helped to introduce new medical information resources to 11 Inquirer reporters and research staff members in an effort to help them expedite and focus their medical research needs.

The seminar was "very productive" andÊproduced positive feedback from the Inquirer staff.ÊA foundation for an excellent working relationship between the Inquirer and the Scott Memorial Library has been established.
