CourseInfo Update
Ready to use CourseInfo for a new group of students?

The Course Recycler makes it very easy to reuse the hard work you have already put into developing your course site. After you have finished teaching a course, we highly recommend you export the online gradebook (if you used it) so you have a permanent record should you ever want to go back to it. If you're keeping track of the usage statistics, you can print those pages for a permanent record as well.

When that's complete, you can delete all of the student data in your course to prepare it for the new school year. Follow these easy steps.

  1. Enter the control panel for the course.
  2. Select "Site Management" on the bottom right.
  3. Select "Course Utilities" at the end of the list.
  4. Scroll down to the Course Recycler panel shown below.
  5. Click on the areas* you want to delete all content for.
* Most likely this will include Announcements, Discussion Board, Gradebook, and Statistics but will vary depending on your use of the system. Please heed the warning that this action cannot be undone.
