Private AIDS Funding
This issue, we focus on private foundation support for AIDS funding. For those of you who have shrunk from taking on the complications and bureaucracy of government funding, this search result is for you. The amounts offered are significantly smaller than federal grants, but many are intended for the new researcher, or new program designer. Some funding is for clinical research support and some is intended to support AIDS programs.

Remember, Jefferson may already be approaching one or more of these foundations for support, so contact the TJU/H development office before you make any phone calls to the foundations. You might end up spoiling your chances for funding as well as someone else's. To understand this cautionary note, please read what Steve Mingo of TJU/H's Development Office writes in this issue of the Forum.

The following search of private funding opportunities in AIDS research and services was produced from the Community of Science Database.
