Helena Washington

Helena Washington is a librarian in the Information Services department. She provides reference services at the Information Desk and via the Ask A Librarian email service.

Interests & Expertise

Helena is a member of the JEFFLINE Security team. Contact her for support with:

• resolution of Campus Key and other JEFFLINE access issues,
  
• off-campus access to JEFFLINE resources, and
  
• use of bibliographic citation management software.

If you use the Ask a Librarian service to send questions or comments to the Reference Department, Helena may be the person who will answer.

Background & Training

Before coming to Jefferson in 1989, Helena worked at St. Joseph’s University, where she received a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Helena also holds an associates degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Helena is a member of the Sigma Gamma Rho sorority.
